Why am I doing this?:

The reason I am participating in the 100 Holes for HOPE is really quite simple, I want to give back to our veterans and help them enjoy life to the fullest. If I can help them through the game of golf I am proud to do it!

Goal: $1000

Originally from Cosmos, MN a small town of 500 people in central Minnesota. I have been a Head Golf Professional, a Teaching Professional, and a Manager of Store Service for multiple major golf retail chains. I have been very fortunate to have worked with Ralph Maltby, who has written numerous books on golf clubs, club fitting and golf club repair that are used today by every golf professional in the PGA. I have also helped several young players to become PGA Head Professionals. It is very satisfying to pass on the PGA Tradition. I was very fortunate to be awarded the Patriot Award for the Minnesota Section PGA, this award is for outstanding service to our veterans, very proud to receive this award.

**Benny will be having rotator cuff surgery this summer and is unable to play in this years event. However, he plans to volunteer on the day of the event and cheer on his fellow PGA Professionals. Donors are still able to make a flat donation or flag donation towards Benny's fundraising goal!
